In this #KNOWYOURBIBLE Course I want to help you:
Finish the Story of the Old Testament - God promised a king who would come in the last days to rule the nations forever. But the story ends with Israel in exile and no king. Will God fulfill his promise? We'll learn how the New Testament authors tell the end of that story.
Trace the storyline of New Testament - Section by section I'll show you how the Gospels and Acts, the letters and the Revelation connect to form one big story.
Understand the message of the New Testament - I'll walk you through the theological meaning, or main point, communicated through each section of the story of the New Testament.
Apply the message of the New Testament to real life - If it doesn't make a difference in my day to day then who cares right? We'll look at the key ways the story of the New Testament impacts life.
Know and love God more - If you just know some more information about the Bible at the end of this course I've failed you. I'll help you deepen your understanding of God AND strengthen your heart for him too.

Hey my name is Jeff Olson and I teach the Bible. I've been doing it for nearly 30 years. Along the way I got some degrees - Master of Divinity (M.Div) and Master of Theology (Th.M.) from Western Seminary in Portland, Oregon - worked with students, taught adults and planted churches.
